FAQ
What is the free pilot?
The free pilot gives you 90 days on the platform with no subscription fee and no onboarding fee. You can process up to 500 real claims and see the full adjudication pipeline in action. A signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is required before the pilot begins. At the end of the 90 days, you decide whether to convert to a paid plan — there is no automatic charge.
Why isn't pricing published?
Every HMO's claim volume, compliance footprint, and integration needs are different, so we scope each plan around your actual usage rather than forcing you into a generic tier. Tell us your monthly claim or transaction volume and we'll come back with a recommendation within 48 hours.
What counts as a claim?
Each individual claim record processed through Qubiclo counts as one claim — whether submitted via the REST API, uploaded as a file (PDF/Excel), or entered through a portal submission link. A batch Excel upload containing 100 rows counts as 100 claims.
What counts as a reconciliation transaction?
Each bank statement line or GL entry uploaded into a reconciliation session counts as one transaction. A bank statement with 300 entries and a GL export with 250 entries equal 550 transactions total for that session.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your account manager handles the change — there's no self-serve billing flow to navigate.
Is there a long-term contract?
Monthly terms have no lock-in — cancel any time and access continues until the end of the billing period. Annual terms are a 12-month commitment with a discount built in. Enterprise contracts include custom terms negotiated with your account manager.
What is the DPA and why is it required for the pilot?
A Data Processing Agreement is a legal document that defines how Qubiclo handles your data — what we collect, how we store it, how long we keep it, and your rights as a data controller. Nigerian HMOs are subject to NDPR (Nigeria Data Protection Regulation) requirements. The DPA ensures your use of Qubiclo is compliant before any member or claim data enters the platform.
